Course Overview
This comprehensive 4-week course examines the history and philosophy of Traditional Asian medicine, the how and why of acupuncture and Chinese herbs, and the contemporary practical applications of this increasingly popular form of healthcare. Discover the fundamentals of Yin and Yang relationships, Five Element Theory (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water), and the relationships between our mind, body and spirit.
